Excellent opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager to join a well-established food manufacturer in Lincolnshire who have exciting growth plans!

This is an exciting time to join a business that have an exciting growth plan in place to double their turnover within five years!

My client is an already well-established food manufacturing business in Lincolnshire, and you will more than likely be familiar with their products which can be found in most UK retailers.

Due to these exciting growth plans, they now need a highly experience Engineering Project Manager to join their journey and help accomplish their goals!

As Engineering Project Manager, you will take the lead in several different projects and be responsible for their budgets! Projects could be anything from solar panel installation, despatch builds, effluent plant installation, packing automation, new line installation, and commissioning new machinery etc.

Influential in your approach, you will need to be an excellent communicator and able to present from shop floor to CEO/Investor level. You must also be willing to get stuck in and be hands-on!

You should be comfortable using some form of project tracking - Microsoft Projects, Excel Gantt charts and have experience managing CDM / liaising with building control.

To be considered for this post you will have lots of engineering and project experience and you'll able to lead multiple projects at any one time! You will have been in a site leadership role before ideally within chilled food production and will have a thorough understanding of CI.
