We are recruiting for a Technical Manager to manage quality, safety and regulatory for our client's products.



A quick look of the needs of the role:Ensure the site remains audit and regulatory compliantBe the face of quality and regulatory for all visits and inspectionsDevelop and drive a quality culture across site



What you'll be doing:Completing the transition from SALSA to BRC intermediate standards.Managing the start-to-finish quality and regulatory processesLeading the Quality and Regulatory to keep the business compliant.Owning and managing outputs from internal and external auditsLeading Continuous Improvement projects for qualityReduce complaints, cost and waste



What we need from you:Understanding of implementing and managing Quality Management Systems and BRC requirementsUnderstanding of Regulatory aspects around food products for law and external accreditations (Waste packaging, Organic, Kosher, Rainforest alliance etc)Internal auditing skillsExcellent communication and influencing skillsExperience of managing people and setting objectivesPositivity, tenacity and drive to improve.
