Customer Care Technologist
£competitive Hybrid working – Ashford, Kent

Key Accountabilities
- Monitoring of serious complaint notifications and direct customer contact to provide the best customer care and positive resolutions.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure that all serious incidents which have been reported by customers are thoroughly investigated enabling the provision of a meaningful customer response to provide reassurance.
- Monitor emerging trends, provide early escalation to the technical team and suppliers and, meet new timescales from receipt of notification to closure.
Person Profile
- A great role for someone who has experience of resolving serious complaints & providing an outstanding customer experience.
