As the Senior Research Manager, you will be part of the Operational Team managing the day-to-day running of fieldwork and project management with the rest of the research team. You will play a key role in the future development of the business, particularly through introducing and implementing processes, developing the fieldwork offer as well as training and developing the team on project management skills.
One of your key focusses will be to manage two of the largest accounts as the main point of contact for all their needs. The role will involve project managing all the elements of the fieldwork program for one of these clients as well project managing all elements of the ad-hoc research projects for the other clients within the time frame allocated and budgets allocated.
Along with account management your focus will also be to grow, accelerate, and build upon the fieldwork and recruitment strategy within the UK having full responsibility for growing the consumer community nationwide and supporting the rest of the research team with their qualitative and quantitative recruitment requirements where needed.
You will also work closely with the Head of the business and the Commercial Director to further develop, improve, and differentiate these offerings for current and new clients and build the strategy for this part of the business going forward. You will have full responsibility for your projects and the accounts that you manage along with P&L responsibility.
To qualify for this role, you'll need to have three to four years Research Management experience, be a self-starter, have initiative and resourcefulness along with the confidence and ability to make decisions.
