Job Details

Our client in Northamptonshire is one of the largest food businesses providing retail companies with the finest food and drink. They are searching for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their existing team who work with global food and beverage products. 

Responsibilities
•    Provide single point of contact for all rework or co-packing projects with co-pack and packaging suppliers
•    Work collaboratively with supply plan team to ensure rework or co-pack orders are always completed and shipped on time to achieve 99% stock availability
•    Track and manage supplier performance through regular reviews and act where necessary if the supplier fails to hit the outlined KPIs and OTIF brief
•    Addressing any poor performance and escalating to Supply Chain Manager
•    Tracking, reporting and managing the processing of Slow & Obsolete stock to reduce impact to business
•    Reporting and processing weekly CAT-C damage orders, utilizing stock for sample use and charity donations before disposal
•    Maintaining a weekly co-pack plan, liaising with HQT to ensure we keep a steady workflow of jobs avoiding major peaks/seasonal excess.
•    KPI’s reported monthly both internally and by our 3PL
•    Regular visits and team meetings
•    Collation of data from all our clients 3PL sites to report on company stock on a daily basis
•    Maintaining stock reporting tool and data feeds from supply plans
•    Use and maintain company purchase order system 
•    Reporting monthly on the number of monthly sample requests & value to Supply Chain Manager
•    Place Purchase orders for packaging/labels in line with Supply Plan
•    Reduction of SLOB disposals and improvement of profit across all ‘at risk’ brands/products
•    Reduction in stock write offs and utilization of stock

•    Strong Relationship builder and ability to communicate effectively across all functions
•    Ability to challenge constructively and confidently
•    Strong influencing and communication skills
•    Good time management – being able to work to strict deadlines under pressure
•    Great problem-solving skills
•    Excellent MS Office skills 
•    Experience in achieving Key Performance Indicators
•    Excellent organisation skills
•    Experience within FMCG specifically the Food & Beverage Industry
•    Experience working with Logistic and transport providers (UK & European)
