The Role:

Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising all aspects of labour resources / materials, ensuring production targets are met
• Assist and support the financial management of production and implement lean manufacturing techniques
• Manage internal / external customer requirements and expectations to achieve quality service
• Ensure technical, health and safety, and compliance procedures are being met
• Develop and train staff

The Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory / leader experience in food / FMCG production
• Track record of planning and supporting projects, tasks, labour, and resources
• Experienced in coaching and developing team

The Package:

• Salary £32,000
• Monday – Friday (6am – 2pm / 7am – 3pm)
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
