THE JOB - Recruitment ResourcerFull responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle, from placing the advert to on-boarding, you will provide the best possible service to your internal stakeholdersEnsure the smooth running of recruitment processes, from advert response, candidate tracking, arranging interviews etcManage and coordinate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experienceAdvertising of roles utilising all available sources .. job boards, social media, networking and of course the more traditional job centres, colleges etcYou will obviously be required to Undertake CV screening and telephone introductions to assess suitable candidates for further review/ interviewWork in partnership with the HR Manager and Hiring Managers to help facilitate new on-boarding plansYou will have the exciting opportunity to drive the recruitment forward for our different departmentsProactively partner and lead relationships with hiring managers (across all levels) to discuss and make recommendations on resourcing issues (temporary, permanent, fixed term) as well as looking at the most cost-effective way to attract and secure suitable candidates

THE CANDIDATEPrevious experience in recruitment would be essentialStrong IT knowledgeGood working knowledge of the social media platforms from a recruitment perspectiveExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAn ability to build relationships with people at all levels
