Are you an experienced Technical Administrator / Coordinator working within a Food manufacturing business? If so, we'd like to hear from you.



About our Client

We are working with a large client supplying further processors, who are looking to strengthen the technical team with the appointment of someone to support the technical team with administration duties.



About the Role

This fantastic Technical role will keep you busy, it is very varied and will include the following duties

Upload and manage Export data information

Invoice logging and technical documentation filing support for easy retrieval

Office duties filing and booking visitors onto site

Support and stand in when required for specification with both supplier and customers, online systems, and paper copies

Ensuring all requested information is dealt with and communicated in a timely manner with customer and internal team members

Assist the technical department in logging complaints and enquiries as appropriate, updating databases, and filing reporting and trending, and supporting the investigation process and respective corrective action as necessary

Support when required conduct traceability's as requested by customers and during audits, and to planned schedule from raw material back to farm ingredients and finished product, collecting relevant information from suppliers and customers and generating and submitting report.

Preparation and participate in factory visits and technical audits to support the technical manager and department



The Ideal Candidate

For this role you ideally you will be currently working in a similar role as Technical Administrator / technical services position within a fresh produce/food manufacturing business.

Ideally, a food science or related degree or equivalent relevant experience within the food industry will be beneficial. As the role is varied, the ability to multitask and manage a number of projects at the same time is required. Excellent IT skills including knowledge of working with Microsoft OS. Excellent communication skills at all levels including communicating along with good attention to detail.
