A role with significant interest and challenge across the board - multi-site, acquisition, major CAPEX, as well as starting a significant CI agenda.

You may be interested in a newly created Head of Operations / Operations Director position for a growing and agile multi-site manufacturing organisation in the Northwest area.


Package: to £six figures plus package.

Location: Northwest England.

Company: Following recent business changes and M&A activity, the company is undergoing a period of positive growth.

It is in the sweet spot where they are large enough to have clout, small enough to be agile.

The role: Fully autonomous operational lead across all sites. Ability to shape and drive the operational agenda while helping form the wider business strategy.

This role will see you involved in a range of different projects from big ticket transformation CAPEX to starting the CI/Lean journey and working with the loyal teams to put in place good standards.
