About our Client
Our client is a leading packer of fresh produce into the retailer sector, they are at the forefront of innovation and customer quality is key for them to drive their business forward. They looking to appoint a maternity cover Technical Manager for a June start date.
About the Role
As Technical Manager you will be responsible for driving the technical and quality agenda for your accounts, leading audits, customer and supplier visits. Managing customer KPI's, ensuring due diligence is in place at the start of the season and doing end-of-season reviews.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need to have a proven track record of working in a Technical Manager / Assistant Technical Manager role within fresh produce. You will have good experience working with retailers in a customer-facing role. Have good experience in dealing with and managing suppliers and growers.
