THE ACCOUNT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:Service delivery to the client, internal & external stakeholder managementRealising opportunities for the expansion and development of service provisionTo represent the company at client meetingsRaising the profile and reputation of the company, by building relationships with key client stakeholdersCompilation of performance & status reportingProject managing: capacity, capabilities & facilitating the client's prioritiesManaging client feedback and handling difficult conversations with stakeholders
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Ideal candidate will come from a background in Account Management or Service Delivery ideally from within FMGC or Food Retail. Other key skills will include:Excellent communication & great networking skillsTeam player essentialGood IT Skills, particularly Excel & PowerPointAccuracy, speed and attention to detailA positive 'can do' attitude and eagerness to learnAn ability to understand and develop processes
