The Client
Our client is a highly successful soft fruit farm in Aberdeen and they have a Quality Control Supervisor position available within the team. The soft fruits are grown on the farm for the retail trade throughout the UK season. It is grown and packed on site.
The Role
The quality control supervisor is responsible for managing the QA team, monitoring in-house quality systems, supporting the QA Manager and in technical and quality audits from customers and third parties.
The Candidate
The role requires someone who has been in a similar position within Fresh Produce before, ideally soft fruit. A strong communicator both within and outside the pack house team. Someone who understands how an effective and efficient packhouse operation can contribute to stronger overall business profitability.
