Production Shift Manager

Are you a Production Supervisor/Shift Manager looking for a new opportunity?

We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site company who are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team on a day's shift.

You will be responsible for Supervising Production, Warehouse, Transport and Distribution. Leading, managing and developing the team, drive a culture of continuous improvement, improve performance, increase quality, reduce waste and deliver department KPIs.

To be successful in this role you will need be strict with planning, willing to take initiative to achieve goals, working to high standards to continuously improve, ability to work under pressure and ability to work cross functional departments.

Other key areas of the role will include Health and safety, Technical, Team Leadership, Paperwork, Stock Management and maintaining/increasing service level.
