About The Role
Our Scheduling team are a very important part of the Production team when it comes to Morrisons Manufacturing. It's their job to schedule in al production in line with the best fit for the business
Reporting to the Lead Scheduler, you will:
Monitor the sub inventory stock report to identify where additional orders will be required
Generate production performance reports, distributing to the factory and site management team.
Coordinate stock transfers between sites and regularly reviewing actual performance versus target performance
Propose solutions working cross functionally to create a plan that is fit for purpose.

Here you can join our meat packaging operation that produces 2 million packs of beef, pork and lamb products every week. That’s over 900 tonnes!
In Winsford, we produce over 220 different meat products, including burgers, mince, pork steaks, ox cheeks, pork sizzle steaks and delicious rump and rib eye steaks. Our 18,000 square foot site on 12 acres of land is home to 30 production lines. Here 960 colleagues operate a four-shift operation to keep things moving fast 24/7.

What we need from you:
Experience of having worked as a Manufacturing Advisor, Scheduler or equivalent, within a fast paced manufacturing environment
Food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
Strong numerical reasoning skills and the ability to challenge when necessary and an eye for detail.
Excellent IT skills coupled with trend analysis skills and problem solving.
A good awareness of KPIs and operational environments
