Ensuring all due diligence, supplier approval and specifications are appropriately maintained.
Working on major retailer specification systems
Supporting Quality Systems Manager in maintaining and updating quality management system
Dealing with customer complaints
Ensure all ingredients have up to date specifications
Degree in Food Science/Technology or related subject
Some industry experience would be an advantage
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent computer skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work to deadlines
