Deputy Team Leader

Are you a multi-skilled engineer who has previous supervisory experience within food / FMCG? Are you seeking more progressive opportunities? Do you enjoy additional responsibilities?

Deputising for the Team Leader, you will lead and motivate the engineering team ; ensuring all activities are completed on time, to a high-standard. You will actively seek continuous improvement opportunities to improve plant machinery - performance and reliability of key assets.

You must hold a relevant level 3 engineering qualification, have several years proven mechanical / electrical experience within food / FMCG and be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

This is a 4 on, 4 off night shift position offering a base salary of £48,000 + life insurance and further training and development opportunities with a larger employer.
