As the Technical Manager, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team. You're great at building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, working together to close gaps. They respect your knowledge and know you'll go the extra mile; food safety and quality are what you do right? For you it's about much more. You're forensic in finding the root cause, tracing any non-conformances back through the supply chain to find the answer, then coaching internal and external stakeholders to share learnings and achieve improvements.



With business growth on the agenda, we're looking for more than just technical skills. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify potential bottlenecks across factory operations including production, packing, and distribution will be key in this role.



Leading the HACCP team and championing food safety across the site, you'll be as happy in the office updating the QMS as you will in safety shoes on the factory floor. Used to working to BRC standards, your category experience will ideally come from the meat sector, or at the very least a chilled, fresh food, high-care environment.
