There are 2 vacancies available and each role will get to handle some smaller accounts with potential and will also get involved in liaison with NPD, Technical and Forecasting to ensure the smooth running of some major accounts.
There is lots of potential to grow their factory and they are in the middle of expansion, they already have great capability to make high quality value added products and that is both own label and branded.
The management team are strong, they have great ideas and believe in giving people autonomy to make decisions, own them and see them through.
They supply into retail on an own label and branded basis, to delivery box suppliers, to industrial customers and into foodservice so as a learning experience this will give you great exposure to all routes to market.
Salary level negotiable around £30-35k + bonus and lots of scope to grow this.
The business are based in south Lincolnshire and there is flexibility to work from home.
