Opportunity to use your leadership skills and expertise to build a team in the process function to take products from recipe to shelf.

Are you looking for an opportunity where you can be hands-on with a team needing your leadership? Where your expertise in prSuccess will involve you forging strong working relationships with your colleagues, across all functions, and the customer to produce product in line with food safety and technical standards, H&S, Financial, and Commercial expectations. Being able to manage relationships across a diverse range of retail customers is essential in this customer-facing role.ocess drives the delivery of process development across all business functions. Where you know what good looks like and have the capability to deliver it daily.

Providing leadership and expertise in the Process function is the key here to taking products from concept sign off stage through to successful launch with your team. You'll be working in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, taking high quality concepts through factory trials and troubleshooting any issues as you scale-up along the way.

Success will involve you forging strong working relationships with your colleagues, across all functions, and the customer to produce product in line with food safety and technical standards, H&S, Financial, and Commercial expectations. Being able to manage relationships across a diverse range of retail customers is essential in this customer-facing role.

  • Proven track record in process development
  • Extensive fresh food manufacturing experience in process development and process management
  • Accomplished people manager with experience in developing teams
  • Sound operational and technical experience at site level
  • Great organisational, influencing and communication skills
  • Commercially minded


It's Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.00 with some flexibility needed for key activity launches and customer visits.
