Job Details
Drayton are working on behalf of a leading global food & drink manufacturer to recruit a Site Technical Manager for one of their key UK sites.
Part of a well established and highly regarded group, the site is of significant scale and supplies most major grocery retailers with brand and private label food & drink products.
Working closely with other members of the site leadership team, the Technical Manager will lead all Quality activity at the site and be responsible for overall performance, technical improvements and target achievement.
We’re seeking an established Technical Manager from within the Food & Drink sector, someone who can drive long term improvements at the site focusing on achievement of performance metrics whilst ensuring that a Quality Culture is instilled within this fast paced high profile manufacturing environment.
Given the goal to ensure that outstanding Quality is at the heart of the site culture, the Technical Manager will need to demonstrate strong people skills, being able to lead a business critical function whilst taking the team on a journey and gaining buy-in to change from all levels within the site structure.
