We are currently working with a well-established, innovative, multi-site company within food manufacturing that are looking for an ambitious Section Manager to join the team.
Monday to Friday days hours!
The core responsibilities of the role will focus around Health and Safety, Quality Process and Hygiene, Customer Service, Plant Performance, People Management and Communication.
You will need to have experience within a Section Manager/Shift Manager role within the food industry. Analytical mindset and approach to problem solving, team player and strong communication skills. Understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles would be beneficial.
