Quality Assurance Technician

Hellaby (Home of KP Nuts)

 

Our Quality Assurance Technician supports the Quality Assurance agenda within the factory site. You will be required to work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Engineering Teams as well as ingredient suppliers.

 

As our Quality Assurance Technician, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting internal audits

  • Support pest control inspections and onsite incidents

  • QA system support

  • Complaint trending, reporting and improvement

  • PQA and taste panel/ sample support

  • QA documentation implementation and control

  • Supporting the preparation for external site audits

  • Raw material assessing

  • Understanding of HACCP systems

  • Understanding of BRC

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes

  • Data Interpretation

  • General PC skills

  • Communications skills

  • Time Management

  • Raw Material Assessing

  • Internal Auditing experience
