Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development you will be designing and delivering engaging and high quality core curriculum training programmes to support the performance of employees. You will create a learning culture focused on food quality that can be delivered in a variety of mediums to suit various learning styles, in order to support career pathways.
Persuasively presenting to and influencing your colleagues and stakeholders, you will demonstrate a thorough understanding of different subject matters, from topical learning, business strategy, behavioural skills, and industry trends. You will often partner with internal and external SME’s to enhance your teaching, transforming content into effective and appealing learning for both online and in person delivery.
Within your team you’ll be drumming up enthusiasm for learning and development, promoting a culture that thrives on doing the right thing for people, product and business.
Suit an enthusiastic foodie who has gained invaluable experience in an FMCG food manufacturing environment. You will be a highly collaborative team member, excellent communicator and have confident presentation skills. In addition you’ll need to have excellent attention to detail and will be well practiced in organising, influencing and motivating cross functional teams to achieve success. You’ll be full of drive and ambition with a creative, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal and influencing communication skills.
You’ll be keen to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities and projects, with an unfailing level of enthusiasm and energy to encourage and motivate those you work with. It is vital that you are familiar with programme management tools, with the skills to design blended learning solutions, including eLearning, workshop sessions and/or coaching to create content.
