This role for a Demand Planner is with a prepared, frozen food manufacturer that has more than tripled its volumes and range of products over the last three years.

This is a key role, integral to the running of the day-to-day business and its continued growth. Your focus will be on planning, forecasting, and problem solving and will suit anyone with the drive to take on account management accountabilities as they grow within the role.
You will report into the Commercial Manager and work closely with several internal stakeholders such as the Logistics Manager, Production, and the picking and packing partners. Over time you will also work alongside their main customers' teams including Developers, Supply Chain Planners, and Forecast Planners.
You will bring the confidence and experience needed to communicate regularly face-to-face with customers and manage relationships. You will need your in-depth knowledge of the food retail industry and their supply chain within chilled or frozen sectors.
You must have an analytical mindset with an eye for data and strong systems experience. Previous experience supplying, planning, or working with major retailers (M&S, Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, etc.) will be key to your success and understanding the role.
You will be joining the London office, one of their three locations, and given the opportunity to work from the office three or four days split with home.
