PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR Responsible for inbound Brexit related administration e.g. IPAFFS and Import Declaration Data Entry and new administrative requirements as they arise. Responsible for all Logistics invoicing relating to inbound activity including coordination of monthly freight reconciliationReview stock awaiting credit report on monthly basis with AP and coordinate Procurement and Supply actions and updates for any issues over one month oldMonitor REPA location report on a monthly basis reconciling GP and 3rd Party Location Stock discrepancies.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will need to have a background in a Procurement or Supply Chain Administrator role ideally from within the food industry.
Other preferable skills include: Able to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally. Able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. Familiar with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word. Strong team player with a proactive attitude. Experience of importing and/or stock control preferable. It would be an advantage to be educated at degree level in a relevant field.
