Just Food Recruitment, part of The JFR Group is recruiting for an Interim HSE Manager to join this food manufacturer on a 6-month contract.
This role will sit Inside IR35 so my client will consider either an interim or a fixed-term contract with accommodation and a car allowance within the package.
The factory is going through a positive turnaround and change management process and the successful candidate would need to be able to bring a factory of circa 500 people along with the new ethos and culture.
Experience in chilled food and Effluent Treatment plants would be a bonus, but the important thing is a strong all-round knowledge and experience of Food manufacturing and Health and Safety and Environment within that.
