Job Title: Specifications Audit & Alignment Assistant

Location: Leeds

Salary: To be confirmed

 

The Candidate:

  • You will be analytical, detailed and diligent in your work Have the ability to manage in a pressured environment
  • Have a strong sense of customer service
  • Have some knowledge and experience of customer web-based specification management systems
  • Experience of working within a food manufacturing environment

 

The Role:

  • Management of the specification process according to the Site Audit Schedule
  • Supporting sites with raw material, process and document updates ensuring necessary amends are made to customer specifications
  • Training of sites to improve planning and flow of information
  • Maintenance of tracking systems to help demonstrate compliance during audits
  • Create new procedures where customers critical paths for launching new products, differ from our current process
