The business has grown over the last 10 years with focus on quality and delivery to create a reputation amongst both retail and foodservice customers to create fantastic products which are sold here and on the continent. Growth in the UK and Europe now requires the appointment of individuals to support a busy commercial team.
You will join as part of a close knit team where customer relationships and delivery are key measures of success. Expectations are that you will have daily involvement with UK retail customers to identify new range extensions and upgrades whilst integrating this with market opportunities identified from internal market research activities.
This understanding will enable you to oversee the concept to launch gateway and integrate with process teams to create increased cost efficiencies in production and launch.
To be successful, you will have a history of working in a close development teams using your product development experience ideally within chilled and frozen across a range of categories.
This will be complemented with time served taking trial and full production runs into the factory and working closely with operations and production colleagues to maximize the opportunities available.
