Reporting to the head of innovation you will be responsible for sourcing and developing new packaging concepts in line with and ahead of current and future recycle and sustainable trends.

Managing existing legislation to ensure compliance with customer codes of practice whilst ensure that the solutions you recommend are fit for purpose and provide competitive advantage to the business.

Operating with autonomy whilst being part of a close working team is key in this role so sharing and development of concepts will be a key part of the role

Whilst you may not necessarily have had exposure to all these in your career, as training can be provided, you will have the aptitude to create exciting new packaging ideas and lead development of new concepts to launch.

This is an environment for those earning freedom from the corporate glue of large multinationals as there will be few “policies and procedures” but plenty of freedom.  So you must be self-organised and motivated to deliver in a fast paced and uncompromising environment
