About the Quality Auditor job

Ensure that production standards are met and maintained for all products before they leave the site.
Positive release of all batches using the required software programs.
Inspect samples from the production lines to confirm acceptable quality status.
Monitor all events on a production shift and share findings with relevant departments.

Skills & experience required for the Quality Auditor job

Educated to a degree level in a food science or food technology subject or equivalent is preferred.
Experience working in food or drink production in a quality assurance/technical role.
Experience working with high-care, high-risk foods is an advantage.
Working knowledge of food safety and food hygiene policies.
Qualifications including HACCP, Food Safety and Food Hygiene are all highly preferred.

More details

The Quality Auditor job is based in Essex and is paying a pro-rata, part-time salary of £14,438 (base of £12,579 plus a night shift allowance of £1,859).

This is a part-time night shift role, and the working hours will be 18 hours on week one and 24 hours on week 2.

Week One: Wednesday to Friday, 6 pm – 12 am.
Week Two: Wednesday to Saturday, 6 pm – 12 am.
