Development Technologist (FTC)

The Company

This global brand are working at pace to extend their existing ranges into Europe and also creating new product offerings.  In order to deliver the NPD team is looking for additional support for from a bright, agile and ambitious graduate food developer.  It is a 3 month FTC contract with an immediate start.

The Role

You will be supporting the NPD team to create and deliver new products as well as refine existing ranges.  You will be help with the development pipeline from concept to launch for the European market.  You’ll be involved with multiple projects, working with cross-functional teams and key suppliers to ensure a successful launch.  This will include hands on development work, product formulation, recipe documentation, scale up and product trials.

The Person

This role will suit a graduate who is degree educated within Food Science or Food Technology, with previous NPD role in a manufacturing environment.  Ideally you’ll have a minimum of 12 months experience where you have worked in a concept to launch NPD role so you understand the product development cycle.
