Would you like to take on a new challenge with a successful dairy manufacturer? My client is recruiting for an experience Supply Chain Professional to join their business during an exciting period of growth.

The Role:

Reporting to the Site Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the supply chain functions across the site…

• Facilitate the coordination of the day to day running of the Supply Chain processes.
• Ensure compliance and system optimisation in conjunction with despatch, receiving sites & logistic stakeholders acting as the link between all functions.
• Manage and maintain existing and new relationships with Suppliers and Freight teams, implementing metrics and measurements to monitor performance.
• Drive efficiency and productivity improvements, reducing cost and maximising quality & availability to the customer
• Encourage proactive supplier/procurement relationships and ways of working using business vendor performance database to drive down customer related quality and service issues.
• Ensure and demonstrate full traceability of raw materials and packaging from goods into final wrapped product

The Candidate:

• Experience in food and drink Supply Chain is essential.
• Team management experience essential.
• Strong experience in working with Excel, SAP, System 21 and MRP systems
• Ability to demonstrate numerical and analytical competencies
• Demonstrate organisational, planning, communication, and influencing skills

The Package:

• Salary c. £65,000 - £75,000
• Relocation package
• Monday – Friday
