Packaging Manager
Salary - £35K.
Monday - Friday.
About Our Client
We are currently working with a successful and growing fresh produce business who supply a superb standard of product to of the country's leading supermarkets. They have a fantastic team of motivated, bright and empowered employees who are key to the business' success now and in the future.
About the Job
You will be responsible for the supply, planning and on procurement of packaging materials. You will forecast the timely provision of packaging with a focus to make process as seamless and professional as possible. As well as the vital stock management you will review and manage supplier performance.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have strong expertise in managing packaging stock; the supply and planning predominantly - ideally within either food manufacturing or a fresh produce processing environment - but this isn't essential. Any FMCG / manufacturing background is welcome. It is however essential you have an excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure / to deadlines.
This role comes with a fantastic level of flexibility around hours and the ability to work from home on occassion should you wish.
