I'm interested in speaking to food Quality and Technical people at degree level with a minimum of five years' industry experience. In this role, you'll be a key part of the Technical Management team, leading a team of around 15 quality and laboratory technicians. There will be a mix of laboratory and factory environment, so you should be comfortable with both.

We're open on food category - in this case it's dairy ingredients - most important will be your leadership and people skills. This is all about building strong, collaborative and trusted working partnerships, extending beyond technical, across to the manufacturing and management teams. A strong track record of creating team development and succession, in a highly compliant, quality-focussed business will translate well here.
