The Role

As a Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for critical brand planning across the company’s portfolio, building a cohesive strategy with internal teams. You’ll be managing the Marketing budget, delivering long-term company objectives and working on ground-breaking creative to really elevate the product portfolio.

Working closely with the Sales, Category and Innovation teams, you’ll highlight priorities for range development, consumer communication and campaign initiatives, as well as developing marketing processes to ensure maximum profit and ongoing superb performance. Actively driving business to deliver long-term solutions you’ll be identifying new and exciting opportunities which will enable these premium products to shine and achieve even greater successes within their categories.

The Person

We’re looking for a creative Marketing professional with a real passion for food brands, marketing and making things happen. Having a degree in Business or Marketing, you will have a proven track record of delivering and implementing strategy within food manufacturing/food retail, managing project launches and increasing product awareness. You will have the commercial awareness to identify potential opportunities for the brand and be able to implement strategic plans to ensure fantastic results.  If you have experience within the chilled sector that would be an added bonus.
