We have partnered with an exceptional global business that designs and delivers products in personal care, toiletry and household categories. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to join a fast paced, innovative company as a National Account Manager who will develop existing accounts and add to their already present prestigious portfolio. 


The Role

This fantastic position will report directly into the Commercial Director. In this hands-on role you will formulate customer specific sales plans in line with budgets and ensure costings are pre-checked and RRPs are correct. You will also work with a pre-set sales strategy to achieve account specific targets as well as customer KPI’s.


You’ll relentlessly pioneer the future and bring your passion to pursue ambitious growth opportunities with your customers and ensure their strategy is met. You’ll also be resourceful and employ innovative solutions to deliver value, gross margin & volume targets for your customers. Working closely with the wider Sales team you will share your ideas and help contribute to the team goals and vision. 

The Candidate

You will be an experienced Commercial Professional managing national accounts and will have experience across the top discounters. Previous experience of working in the Retail/FMCG sector is essential. To succeed in this role you must have a high attention to detail and be well practiced at building strong relationships with a high profile customer base. You must also have excellent project management skills, critical path management and resource planning and allocation experience in order to achieve ambitious targets and keep up with the pace of this fast moving category.
