Job Details

Our client is a leading global supplier of vitamins, amino acids, flavours, preservatives, sweeteners and bespoke blends into the food, beverage, sports nutrition, nutraceutical and animal feed industries.

Key Accountabilities

  • Processing all sales orders
  • Dealing with phone calls - both customers placing orders and enquiries
  • Sending any requested documentation to customers
  • Sending out price quotations
  • Working closely with quality, product management and warehouse teams
  • Reviewing and controlling stock levels for key accounts
  • Producing reports
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service

Personal Profile


  • Excellent professional communicator required
  • Experience in a similar commercial role
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good team player
  • Good telephone manner
  • German language skills would be advantageous
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office
  • Hybrid working 3 days home based and 2 days office based (London)
