Working closely with a wide range of international customers, this client has become a leader in the provision of technical and regulatory information across the food industry. 

The Role

The Senior PMO Coordinator is an integral part of the team, supporting the PMO Team Lead. The successful candidate will be positive, pro-active and organised, able to actively coordinate efforts within a team to ensure KPIs and objectives are always being attained.

You will need a confident, positive approach to liaising with client teams to identify challenges before they become issues and coordinate activities within the team to ensure that all operational activities are completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinate activities for a team of PMO Coordinators to ensure all defined activities are completed in an effective and timely fashion.
  • Ensure that all work instructions and training plans are maintained and that the team are adhering to the processes as defined.
  • Engage in PMO activities directly to ensure all KPIs and objectives are attained in a timely and efficient manner

Personal Profile

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable understanding of coordinating complex processes
  • Ability to critically assess a process to identify where additional support is required
  • Knowledge of the food industry through work experience or a relevant qualification
  • Competent computer user, MS Office Attention to detail with highly developed organisational skills
  • Confident and able to deal at all levels in a collaborative manner
  • Positive and proactive nature, able to multi task
