Product Incident and Insight Advisor

As part of this multinational business, this role ensures that unsafe products are removed from the shelf, as soon as possible. 

Key Accountabilities

Supporting the Product Incident Managers and responsible for all IT based support analysis

Ensuring all product withdrawals are issued and recorded in a timely and accurate manner

Analysing product withdrawals data on a weekly and periodic basis and reporting this to the wider business.

Tracking product withdrawals compliance through project completion and escalating any non-compliances

Liaising with colleagues to ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner

Providing insight and trend analysis with commentary of data held by the business

Continually refine data systems to improve efficiency and accuracy

Lead contact for ensuring that all data retrieval systems used are maintained, fit for purpose, and can be amended based upon the teams’ recording and reporting needs

Providing implementation and development resources where required within the wider team.

Personal Profile

High proficiency in Insight and trend analysis

Strong analytical skills with methodical approach to problem solving

Proven Excel Skills including VBA

Knowledge of databases and data structures (desirable).

Strong attention to detail

Someone who has an enthusiastic/positive attitude and has a flexible approach and can work in isolation as well as part of a team.
