Job Details
Rare opportunity to have full creative freedom within an established and innovative business.
You will need to have a proven track record inspiring a team of foodies, strong innovation and strategic experience and extensive NPD project end to end knowledge.
As the Head Of Product Development you will be - providing effective management of sensory teams, demonstrable experience of translating NPD briefs into fantastic tasting products, extensive experience of working with external suppliers, universities and partners to deliver innovative product solutions, experience of working with different countries and cultures, awareness of supply and commercial environment and consideration.
You will need to have 5+ years experience at a senior management level to be considered for this role.
