Site Facilities Lead

Ashby de la Zouch

 

As Facilities Lead, you'll manage on site facilities on a day to day basis using a defined process to conduct regular reviews with key designated service suppliers. This will involve daily communication & interaction with a number of departments on site and off site interaction with suppliers. You will support the Factory General Manager by acting as a day to day contact for the site, liaising daily with outsourced services (security, canteen, staff shop, amenities cleaning, Agency Supplier & Reception where appropriate) and conducting period reviews to support service delivery and ensure issue resolution.

 

As Facilities Lead, some of your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Maintain the budget commitment
  • Carry out all third party KPI Reviews on a monthly basis & close out of any outstanding actions
  • Carry out site audits in Facilities areas in conjunction with Technical standards
  • Defining site security provision
  • Regular auditing of Suppliers
  • Key contact for all sites to arrange all on site facilities and support with queries (I.e., room bookings, IWS College, travel queries, PPE)Review stock of stationery, reorder and tidy
  • Collect and distribute post to the main site
  • Purchase order management (including creating goods receipts and solving invoice issues),
  • Supplier liaison (Meeting Involvement) and budget conformity

  • Makes changes as necessary in conjunction with the Regional Facilities Manager

  • Management of in-house staff shop

  • JDE Order control, Credit Card bill management, understanding of budget amount and period end responsibilities for Facilities
