The vacancy that has just became available is an Production Area Manager. This role will suit a candidate with exceptional communication skills, organisation and a deep understanding of progression and organisation working alongside multiple teams and motivating individuals.

The Role:

• Motivating and organising a wide range of teams and people.
• Communicating and reporting to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Ensure department compliance with all Health & Safety legalisation, site / policy procedure and GMP.
• Play an active role in continuously improving processes in order to improve quality.
• Ensuring time schedules match with manufacturers and teams. Accountable for adhering to budgeted product costing standards to deliver business critical KPI’s.

The Candidate:

• Minimum experience of 5 years within a first line management position.
• Ability to identify and prioritise issues.
• Creative and quick to problem solve in a fast-moving environment.
• Be able to manage and lead a wide range of individuals and teams.
• Organisation within timekeeping and scheduling.
• Competent IT user, familiar with Excel.
