Manufacturing premium Chef-led culinary foods, ranging from vegan soups and sauces to slow-cooked complex ragu and gourmet stews will require experience gained in a similar high-risk, complex chilled food environment. With two direct reports, an inclusive, coaching leadership style will enable them to develop in their roles.

Working to rigorous BRC standards, currently AA rating, you'll need to be hands-on across the factory, ensuring everyone understands how to meet and maintain consistent food safety and quality standards. Adept at building strong working relationships, this role reports to the MD, so the ability to manage upward expectations is as important as your inclusive coaching style across the factory.

Supplying premium retailers and restaurants requires a good understanding of their codes of practice and technical standards. A proactive communicator, you'll go above and beyond to meet their expectations.
