Reporting directly into the Site Director
10 direct reports, 60 total reports
Based in Devon – Monday – Friday days based
About you
You’ve worked at management level within food manufacturing
Degree educated, HACCP/Food Safety Level 4, strategic thinker
Worked as part of a tight knit team
A motivated, people focussed manager
