A well-established brand within the food manufacturing industry are looking for a Production Shift Manager who is looking to progress into a Senior Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager.

There is a clear plan for when you join.

You'll come in, drive this team of 30+ in one of the key areas of the site, delivering improvements and developing the team, all the while, you'll be succession planned across a two-year period before making the step up.

The business has invested over £45m in factory upgrades in the last 10 years and continues to do so. It's well automated but requires someone with the people skills to get the best out of the team, developing them to a new, higher and greater standard.
It's one of the biggest sites within the group and sits as one of the most efficient. That being said, they cannot and will not stand still. They're striving for greater things and need your expertise to deliver this.

You will need experience within automated food manufacturing environments, have a strong eye for CI and not accept 2nd best.
