This growing Food Manufacturer is seeking a standout and driven Operations Manager / Factory Manager to assume full autonomy for the running of this fast paced and high profile manufacturing site.  This business continues to buck the trend within their given sector and have a number of projects commencing this year so represents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Reporting directly into the Site Director you will be number 2 on site and have a degree of ownership and autonomy which is second to none.   With full accountability for the day-to-day running of this large operation, you will play an instrumental part in identifying and implementing the manufacturing strategy in order to achieve further success.

As a key member of the Senior Team you will be an inspirational and charismatic leader with a number of direct reports across the operational piece.  With a flair for management, you will have an inclusive management style, which easily gains the buy from all, whilst being able to influence across the greater business.

Inherent in any senior role is the ability to achieve through your people and drive both cultural and operational change - as such you will have a track record of success of delivering sustainable change through Lean Manufacturing principles.
