Across their site, this award-winning food manufacturer takes HSE seriously and sustainability is at the centre of everything they do. While you are making sure this is a safe place to work, you will play a huge part in the delivery of the on-site ESG strategy.

You'll go back to basics, ensuring that the correct procedures and systems are in place, are adhered to religiously and creating champions to preach the importance in your absence.

There are still challenges and things that need putting in place, but it’s all there on site. They need the right person to unlock it in the hearts and minds of the people.

The great thing is; you'll get the autonomy to implement what you see fit. You'll drive your own agenda and create your own legacy.

Background?

Background is important, and while I understand product type can be transferable, we're really looking for an established Food Manufacturing / FMCG H&S Manager.
