Shift Operations Manager | Milton Keynes

Salary: DOE
Hours: 4 on 4 off (2days, 2 nights)

Are you working for a business that is just happy with standing still, with no real drive to grow or develop? Then I might have the right sort of business for you. The business I am recruiting for, have seen significant uplift and growth in the past 3 years, and don't have any plans to slow down any time soon.

As Shift Manager, you will have responsibility for both the Production and Warehouse Functions, enusring that they are operating smoothly, efficiently and effectiveness. Everything else within the role, is quite normal for a Shift Management role, when it comes to managing KPI's, HR requirements and ensuring that stock and product availability is maintained throughout both the business and process.

What you need?
  • Experience of "hands on" management within FMCG or Food Manufacturing
  • A proven track record of Lean manufacturing tools/principles (5s, 6 sigma, etc.)
  • Proactive, Energetic and lead from the front mentality
