Job Description: 

As a Specifications Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and quality of our food products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for:

• Specification Management: Create and maintain product specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure our products meet industry and company standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with food safety regulations and ensure our products meet all necessary requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, procurement, and production teams to gather and manage data, making sure it's correctly reflected in product specifications.

Qualifications:

• Experience in developing specifications within a food production environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and analysis.
