As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking x2 Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of the operations.
* Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks on a wide range of equipment and machinery.
* Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Carry out preventative maintenance activities according to schedule.
* Identify and diagnose technical issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including reports and records.
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
Qualifications
* Strong mechanical skills, including experience in equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
* Formal qualification in electrical engineering.
* Solid understanding of electrical distribution principles, components, and regulations.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
